This session supports your whole body, easing tight muscles, ironing out niggles and helping you feel lighter, freer and more comfortable every time you lace up.

🔍 Movement Screening

We start by checking how your body is feeling today — a gentle look at posture, mobility and any areas asking for a little extra care.

🤸‍♀️ Assisted Stretching

You’ll be guided through the stretches your body actually needs.
We work together to release tension, create space through hips and legs, and wake up sleepy muscles — think of it as a proper warm-up or cool-down, done right.

💆 Targeted Massage

A focused hands-on treatment supporting the areas runners rely on most:
glutes, hips, hamstrings, calves and feet.
Perfect for easing heavy legs, improving mobility and supporting recovery in between your runs.

🌟 Jaw Release Massage

A targeted, therapeutic treatment designed to support jaw tension, teeth grinding and clenching — helping you feel relief and ease.

Jaw tension rarely exists in isolation. It often connects through the neck, chest, face and head, which is why this treatment works holistically rather than focusing on the jaw alone.

✨ How the session works

The treatment begins by gently working through the chest, neck, shoulders, face and scalp to release surrounding tension and prepare the body for deeper jaw work.

Specialist TMJ techniques are then used to support the jaw muscles. This may include both external and internal jaw work, where gloved hands are used inside the mouth to gently release tight muscles and held tension.

Pressure is always guided by your comfort — some techniques can feel intense, but we work together to ensure the treatment feels supportive and controlled throughout.

Reduced jaw tension, eased facial tightness and relief through the neck and head.

Perfect for gyms, running clubs, workplaces, community groups, markets, festivals, events and even canine shows or dog training classes — if people (or dogs + their humans!) are gathering, I can bring the relaxation to them.

I turn up with a portable massage chair or table (or both!) and set up a calm little oasis — ready for quick, effective treatments that ease tight muscles, lift moods and give everyone a moment of ahhh… that’s better.
